Positive: A great apartment, right next to the gondola and a short walk from the bakery, and a bar. Only 10mins walk into Saint Gervais which is a gorgeous french town. Perfect for 4 friends for a week. The apartment managers were very communicative, really helpful with any questions. Highly recommend!

Positive: Excellent location, as close as you can get to the main ski lift - 3 mins walk. There is a boulangerie and a few resto's about 5 minutes walk away, otherwise its a 10 minute walk into the main village/town, which has everything you might need - Pubs, Cafe's restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The accommodation was well equipped, with everything one would need, including a HDMI cable for connecting the TV to a laptop for Netflix, but no TV stations in English. Kitchen was good. Lots of room for 4 adult people, but might be a bit of a squeeze for 6. Most of the ski hire firms at the mid station (Bettex) allow you to use lockers, so you are not carrying ski's back to the apartment.
Negative: Underground car park is a bit tight, but you can leave your car above ground in the residents parking spots.
Summary: Excellent apartment, superb location, well equipped.

Positive: The apartment was very well equipped, including raclette machine and fondue set. Every little corner of the apartment is used in a clever way. The apartment is well maintained and tidy. There is a nice terrace outside which makes it feel like a little house. The location is perfect right by the gondola, also within minutes from the patisserie, ski shop, and around 10 mins walk to the city centre. The view from the dining room is beautiful: with the gondolas and the mountains. Our family of 5 was staying comfortably at the apartment.
Negative: There was no internet for the first 2 nights and time wasted on dealing with finding the router box, which was hidden somewhere in the apartment.

Positive: Location was excellent at the bottom of the ski lift. Fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, plates cutlery etc, plus fondue & raclette kits! Comfy beds, that even includes the sofa bed.
Negative: Extra cost for bedding and towels which wasn’t included in original description. Sofa isn’t big enough for 5 people, so at least 2 would sit on kitchen chairs - not really a big issue!

Positive: The apartment is very well situated, near the ski lift. The place seems to be recently renovated, the bathrooms are brand new with expensive equipment. There’s everything you need for a stay with kids - potty, utensils, cups, chair, crib etc. The beds are comfortable. It’s warm and clean.
Negative: 1. You have to pay for bed sheets and towels - around 80 euros. You have to put them on, this is not included in the price. I heard it’s a practice in France but for me this is ridiculous. I’m on vacation and I don’t want to work! You should include an option with full service including bed sheets arrangement. 2. It was hard to find the place, probably due to a construction work happening near the Grand panorama building. Yes, the apartment is in the Grand Panorama and this is not a hotel. 3. When we arrived and finally found the parking, we realized that the ceiling is very low. We were traveling with an additional storage box on the top of our car (quite normal when you are on a ski vacation). We didn’t succeed to park at our spot. We did that on the parking outside and were ensured that it’s ok by the owner. On the next morning we had a note with a warning that we cannot park there during the night. I think the owner must include the dimensions of the parking space in the description. 4. To get the keys you need to visit an agency office. They are only providing the keys and leaving the bed sheets in the apartment if requested. When leaving you must bring back the keys and the bed sheets + towels. The apartment must be in the same condition as it was when you arrived. Check out is at 10 in the morning which is crazy considering all the work to be done before departure. Agency is not taking care of the parking issues. Overall, there’s a lot to improve. The level of the service is not great.
